Possible problems and solutions for the Series 9000 Rotospray Pump.

Troubleshooting Guide

	Problem	Cause	Solution
	Pump does not dispense product	No air supply.	Turn on air supply.
	and the Stroke Adjuster Knob
		Low air pressure.	Adjust air pressure to at least 60
	does not move when the pump

		Stroke Adjuster Knob set to zero	Reset Stroke Adjuster Knob.

			to dispenser.
		Pump outlet tubing expands on	Change original 1/4-inch OD
