3 Antenna Connection
Unless your A/V Center is connected to a cable TV system or to a centralized antenna system, a good outdoor color TV antenna is recommended for best performance. However, if you are located in an exceptionally good signal area that is free from interference and multiple image ghosts, an indoor antenna may be sufficient.

c)When both VHF and UHF antennas are connected
Attach an optional antenna cable mixer to the TV antenna terminal, and connect the cables to the antenna mixer. Consult your dealer or service store for the antenna mixer

4 Power On...
1)Connect the plug into the wall socket after all other connections are completed.
CAUTION
Ensure that end of the power cord is easily accessible.
Do not use a power supply voltage other than that indicated
(AC120, 60Hz). It may cause fire or electric shock.
2)Hitachi A/V Center is provided with a Power Off/On button on Front Panel and you can Turn it ON by pushing this button, however Hitachi A/V Center is intended to be used with Hitachi UT Monitors ;A/V Center and Monitor are connected by a “HDMI CEC” connection and A/V Center will turn On/ Off following Monitor condition.
