Slow Motion Playback

Forward slow playback [DVD] [Video CD]

Press [FWD SLOW] repeatedly to select the forward slow speed playback.

“SF1 q ”, “SF2 q ” and “SF3 q ” (3 steps)

Press [a] to return to normal playback.

Reverse slow playback [DVD]

Press [REV SLOW] repeatedly to select the reverse slow speed playback.

“SR1 q ”, “SR2 q ” and “SR3 q ” (3 steps) Press [a] to return to normal playback.

Note:

The sound is muted during slow motion playback.

Important Note:

“ ” may appear on the TV screen during operation. This icon means that the function is not available on the disc now.

The central part of the picture is magnified, and “Zoom +1”

• Each time you press [ZOOM] while holding [SHIFT] down

or press [RETURN], the picture zooms in or out (“Zoom

+15” ~ “Zoom -15” appears).

• Each time you press [4], [a], [5] or [b], the picture moves

from side to side, up and down (“PAN Up”, “PAN Right”,

“PAN Down”, or “PAN Left” briefly appears).

2. To return playback, press [CLEAR].

Picture Zoom may not work on some discs.
