Types of Delayed Recordings

ONE TIME

Records one show at a particular date and time.

DAILY

Records a show at the same time every day of the week, Monday through Friday.

WEEKLY

Records a show at the same day and time every week.

EXAMPLE: Set the VCR to record "one time", a program on Channel 8 that starts at 6:00 PM and ends at 6:30 PM on 7/10/97, at the EP recording speed.

Note: Remember to press 0 before single-digit channel numbers, times, and dates.

•If the DSS box has been set up (see page 30), three dashes "---" will appear for the channel display instead of two dashes "--". Press (0), (0) before entering a single digit channel number. For example, press (0), (0) and (8) for channel 8. Press (0) before entering a two-digit channel number. For example, press (0), (1) and (2) for channel 12.

•If the DSS box has been setup and you select a DSS broadcast program for the channel to be recorded, "DSS" will appear.

•If you want to record from an external equipment, press the AVX button to select LINE 1 or LINE 2 instead of the channel number.
