STARTING AND STOPPING

TO START A COLD ENGINE:

1.Lay trimmer on a flat, bare surface.

2.Push primer bulb (A) 8 to 10 times.

3.Set choke lever (B) to the choke position .

4.Depress interlock (C) then squeeze trigger (D) to full throttle position (wide open throttle).

5.Pull starter until engine tries to run. (No more than 6 pulls.)

6.Set choke lever (B) to half choke position .

7.Depress interlock (C) then squeeze trigger (D) to full throttle position (wide open throttle) and pull starter rope until engine runs.

8.Run engine 30 to 45 seconds at full throttle (with trigger depressed fully) on half choke

position to warm up the engine. Move

choke lever (B) to run position .

TO START A WARM ENGINE:

1.Move choke lever (B) to run position .

2.Depress interlock (C) then squeeze trigger (D) to full throttle position (wide open throttle) and pull starter rope until engine runs.

DÉMARRAGE ET ARRÊT

DEMARRAGE A FROID :

1.Poser le taille-bordures sur une surface plane et dégagée.

2.Appuyer 8 à 10 fois sur l’ampoule de démarrage (A).

3.Régler la manette de volet d’air ( B) en position choke .

4.Appuyer sur le bouton de verrouillage de sécurité ( C) et appuyer sur la gâchette (D) pour que le moteur tourne à plein régime (pleine ouverture du papillon des gaz).

5.Tirer sur le cordon de démarrage jusqu’à ce que le moteur essaie de démarrer (pas plus de 6 tentatives).

6.Régler la manette de volet d’air ( B) à mi- course .

7.Appuyer sur le bouton de verrouillage de sécurité ( C) et appuyer sur la gâchette (D) pour que le moteur tourne à plein régime (pleine ouverture du papillon des gaz), tirer sur le lanceur jusqu’à ce que le moteur démarre.

8.Laisser le moteur tourner à plein régime pen- dant 30 à 45 secondes (en appuyant à fond sur la gâchette) avec la manette de volet d’air

réglée à mi-course pour le chauffer. Régler la manette de volet d’air (B) sur run .

PUESTA EN MARCHA Y PARADA

PARA PONER EN MARCHA EL MOTOR CUANDO ESTA FRIO:

1.Coloque la cortadora sobre una superficie plana y descubierta.

2.Presione la bola del cebador (A) de 8 a 10 veces.

3.Coloque la palanca del difusor (B) en la posición de difusión .

4.Presionar la traba (C) y después apretar el gatillo (D) hasta máxima aceleración (acelerador totalmente abierto).

5.Tirar de la cuerda del arrancador hasta que el motor trate de arrancar (no más de 6 veces ).

6.Coloque la palanca del difusor (B) en la

posición de difusión media .

7.Presionar la traba (C) y después apretar el gatillo (D) hasta máxima aceleración (acelerador totalmente abierto), tirar de la cuerda hasta que el motor arranque.

8.Deje funcionar el motor entre 30 y 45 segundos a plena potencia (manteniendo el activador apretado completamente). en la

posición de difusión media para que se caliente. Coloque la palanca del difusor (B) en la posición de funcionamiento .

TO STOP:
