Talking to someone at the common entrance
[ Taking calls from the common entrance ]
1.The common entrance bell rings/the guard lamp blinks/the image is shown on the screen.
2.Pressing the (Guard ) ![[ Taking calls from the common entrance ]](/images/new-backgrounds/55176/5517629xi2.webp){kind=small}
button causes the guard lamp to light up.
3.Talk to the visitor.
To stop talking, press the (Guard ) 
button.
You have three minutes to talk to the person at the common entrance before the line is automatically terminated.
Pressing the 
button while talking to the entrance or over the telephone causes the entrance door to open.
When setting the away mode (refer to page 14), the call from the common entrance is automatically connected to the guard post.
When you get another call while talking to someone over the telephone or interphone, you can answer the new call only after terminating the first call.
