Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed.

A)Monitor Display: Time, Level, Heart Rate, Distance, Speed, Calories, Program Profiles, and eTRAK™ Feedback.

B)START: Press to begin your workout.

C)Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the elliptical.

D)ENTER: Used to set your Program, Level and Time.

e)PROGRAM keys: Used to select your Program.

f)up/down ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust resistance.

G)RESISTANCE Keys: Used to reach desired resistance more quickly.

h)eTRAK™ pERFORMANCE TRACKING BUTTON: Used to initially activate eTRAK™. Also used to scroll through accumulated personal data.

i)Reading Rack: Holds reading material.

j)Water bottle / cd / mp3 holder: Holds personal workout equipment
