Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed.
A) MONITOR DISPLAY: Time, Level, Heart Rate, Distance, Speed, Calories, Program Profiles, and eTRAK™ Feedback.
B) START: Press to begin your workout.
C) STOP: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the elliptical.
D) ENTER: Used to set your Program, Level and Time.
E) PROGRAM KEYS: Used to select your Program.
F) UP/DOWN ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust resistance.
G) RESISTANCE KEYS: Used to reach desired resistance more quickly.
H) eTRAK™ PERFORMANCE TRACKING BUTTON: Used to initially activate eTRAK™. Also used to scroll through
accumulated personal data.
I) READING RACK: Holds reading material.
j) WATER BOTTLE / CD / MP3 HOLDER: Holds personal workout equipment
