Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.
A) MONITOR DISPLAY: Speed, Time, Pulse, Distance, Incline, Calories and Program Profiles.
B) STOP: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.
C) START: Simply press to begin exercising or starts your program.
D) ENTER: Used to select Program, Level and Time. Press to change display feedback during workout.

E) QUICK ADJUST INCLINE KEYS: Used to reach desired incline more quickly. Select before pressing PRESS
TO SET INCLINE KEY.
F) PRESS TO SET INCLINE KEY: Used to confirm chosen incline. Press after selecting INCLINE.
G) QUICK ADJUST SPEED KEYS: Used to reach desired speed more quickly. Select before pressing PRESS
TO SET SPEED KEY.
H) PRESS TO SET SPEED KEY: Used to confirm speed change. Press after selecting SPEED.
I) INCLINE ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).
J) SPEED ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).
K) SAFETY KEY POSITION: Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.
L) FAN: Personal workout fan.
M) FAN BUTTON: Press the fan button ON / OFF.
N) WATER BOTTLE / CD / MP3 HOLDERS: Holds personal workout equipment.
O) READING RACK: Holds reading material. (Remove sales sticker before use)
