BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.
A)Monitor Display: Time, Pulse, Distance, Calories and Program Profiles.
b)incline display: Displays current incline.
c)Speed Display: Displays current speed.
d)Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.
e)Start: Simply press to begin exercising or starts your program.
f)ENTER: Used to select Program, Level and Time.
g)QUICK ADJUST Incline Keys: Used to reach desired incline more quickly. Select before pressing PRESS TO SET INCLINE KEY.
H)PRESS TO SET INCLINE KEY: Used to confirm chosen incline. Press after selecting INCLINE.
I)QUICK ADJUST Speed Keys: Used to reach desired speed more quickly. Select before pressing PRESS TO SET SPEED KEY.
J)PRESS TO SET SPEED KEY: Used to confirm speed change. Press after selecting SPEED.
K)Incline ARROW Keys: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).
L)Speed ARROW Keys: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).
M)Display button: Used to move through different display information.
N)Safety Key Position: Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.
O)Fan: Personal workout fan.
P)Fan Button: Press the fan button ON / OFF.
Q)Water Bottle / CD / MP3 holders: Holds personal workout equipment.
R)Reading Rack: Holds reading material. (Remove sales sticker before use)
