Preparing to Call Technical Support
To provide the fastest possible resolution of your problem, have the following items available when you call:
■The notebook
■Serial number and model description of the notebook, which are provided on the serial number label on the underside of the notebook
■Product family name and series number, which are printed in the lower left corner of the display bezel
■Purchase date on the invoice
■Conditions under which the problem occurred
