Additional Standard Components
The components included with the notebook vary by geographic region and the PC hardware ordered. The following illustrations and tables identify the standard external components included with most notebook models.
Software Restore and Documentation CDs
Your notebook includes the following CDs for restoring software and accessing product documentation:
■Compaq QuickRestore CD contains preinstalled software that allows you to restore your notebook to the factory image. To install or restore one or more applications without reformatting the hard drive, select Start > Software Setup and follow the instructions on the screen.
■The Documentation Library CD, which includes the following guides:
