Deleting One Equation or Its Variables (DELET)

To delete an equation or its variables:

1.Display the equation.

2.Press jin the SOLVE menu.

3.To delete the equation, respond Wto both questions:

AH9H:H :MH O12;1J9HFU"

AH9H:H :MH HY41:;E<U"

(If the entry has no variables allocated, then only the second question appears.)

4.To delete just the variables, respond Xto

AH9H:H :MH HY41:;E<U. This preserves the equation.

Deleting All Equations or All Variables in the Solver (@c)

To delete all the equations in the Solver, or just all the variables in all the equations:

1.Display the SOLVE menu. It doesn’t matter which equation is displayed.

2.Press @c. To delete all equations, respond Wto both questions:

AH9H:H 199 O12;1J9HFU"

AH9H:H 199 HY41:;E<FU"

3.To delete just the variables, respond Xto

AH9H:H 199 HY41:;E<FU. This preserves all equations.
