If the router has a hardware problem that prevents either normal opera- tion or display of error conditions, then the problem is indicated by the appropriate LED patterns described in table 3-1, ‘‘LED Error Patterns During Initialization’’ on page 3-4. Otherwise, the console displays the appropriate error message along with instructions for further action:
