Viewing a DPOF File

To view a DPOF file, do the following while in the Print Order Form menu:

1Press the down arrow on the 4-way controller to highlight the View Order menu option.

2Press the left (Select) soft key. The Print Order Form screen is displayed, which lists the contents of the DPOF file. You can scroll through this list using the up and down arrows on the 4-way controller. However, you cannot edit this list.

Erasing a DPOF File

To erase a DPOF file, do the following while in the Print Order Form menu:

1Press the down arrow on the 4-way controller to highlight the Erase Order menu option.

2Press the left (Erase) soft key. You will see a confirmation of your choice to erase all entries from the Print Order Form.

3Press the middle (Erase) soft key to erase all of the entries from the Print Order Form.
