2To control the CD in the drive, click the buttons in the Windows Media Player window. To play a particular song, double-click its song title (or track number) in the Playlist. You can also control the CD using the media control buttons if your keyboard has them.

When you click the Media Guide or the Radio Tuner features, Windows Media Player connects to the Internet and obtains information about the CD selections or streaming radio stations.

Creating a CD by Using the CD-RW Drive

Note: The CD-RW drive is available on select models only.

1Press the Eject button on the door of your CD-RW drive, and place a CD-R or CD-RW disc in the center of the disc tray.

2Close the disc tray by gently pushing the tray into the PC.

3Click Start on the taskbar.

4Click My Computer.

5Double-click the CD Drive icon.

From there, you can copy audio or data files to a CD using the RecordNow CD/DVD Writer software program.
