3Disconnect the power cord and any telecommunication cables.

4Slide back and then lift off the compartment cover.

5Lift the rear of the hard drive tray clear of the HP e-pc using the handle. This is to gain access to the data and power connectors.

6Remove the data and power connectors.

7Using the handle, lift the hard drive tray out of the HP e-pc.

The hard disk drive should never be removed from it’s tray.
