124 Getting Connected

Indicates that the device is a stereo Bluetooth headset that you can use to listen to music.

Indicates that the device is a mono Bluetooth headset that you can use to send and/ or receive phone calls.

Notes • Pairing between two Bluetooth devices is a one-time process. Once pairing is created, the devices can recognize the partnership and exchange information without entering a passcode again.

•If you pair with a second headset while connected to the first, the first headset will be disconnected. To switch connection back to the first headset, you must manually select that headset again in the Bluetooth devices list.

To disconnect a Bluetooth stereo headset, hands-free headset, or car kit phone

1.Press HOME > MENU, and then touch Settings.

2.Touch Wireless controls > Bluetooth settings.

3.Navigate to the Bluetooth devices section, and then touch and hold the connected Bluetooth device.

4.Touch Disconnect.

Touch Unpair if you want the phone to erase all pairing information with the Bluetooth device. You will be prompted to enter the passcode again when you connect to that Bluetooth device.
