The Smartcard has expired or the
datecode on the card has gone
backwards.

Service Unknown No service is located at the entered
channel number.
Service is currently
not running
Operating status of the service is set
to O .
Parental Control Lock When the parental rating of the event
is greater than the setting made via
the Parental Control menu.
Enter the PIN-code or reset the
settings.
No Event Information The information for the current event
or service has not been received.
No Signal The signal is too weak. Reset the cable.
No Service available There are no services available. Reset the setting and restart channel
