PROBLEM OR CONCERN	POSSIBLE CAUSE	SOLUTION
No water coming out of	Gun/Hose Assembly is defective	Attach the Gun/Hose to the front of the unit with
Wand		no wand attached to the Gun.
		Squeeze the trigger of the gun to ensure that water
		comes out of the front of the Gun at a rate equal
		to the Garden Hose. If no water comes out of the
		Gun, remove the gun and the hose to ensure that
		water flows out of the pump. If it does, the gun will
		need to be replaced. Contact us at:

Trigger will not move	Gun Safety Lock in engaged	Release Safety Lock as instructed in Manual.
Unit will not start	Unit is not turned on	Press ON/OFF Switch into ON position.
Note: Unit will only start when
	Loose or disconnected Plug	Reconnect Plug.
trigger is depressed.
	Defective GFCI Plug	Perform GFCI reset procedure as instructed in
Unit stops while operating		Section 4.3. If the GFCI does not reset it will

	Extension Cord length or gauge	Use proper Extension Cord as instructed in section
	incorrect	4.3.

	Defective Gun	Remove the Gun and Hose assembly from the
		front of the unit. Aim water stream away from
		electric source and switch the unit into the ON
		position. If the unit starts and water comes out
		of the front, the Gun may need to be replaced.

	Tripped Pressure washer	Allow to cool and restart unit.
	Thermal Switch

Unit will not stop when trigger	Screen filter is clogged	Clean the Screen filter as instructed in the section
is released		6.4.
	Garden Hose is kinked or	Make sure the Garden Hose is laid out flat and
	leaking water	there are no kinks in it. The hose should not be
		wrapped on a storage wheel. Make sure the
		faucet is open all the way and there is a full
		volume of water reaching the unit.
