Fit the handlebar in the handlebar clamp on the shaft using four screws.

Connecting throttle cable and stop switch wires

1Remove the air filter cover.

2Insert the throttle cable (A) to the end of the adjuster

(B).

3Position the slotted fitting (C) on the carburettor so the recessed hole (D) for the cable lug (E) is away from the cable adjuster sleeve.

4Rotate the carburettor throttle cam and slip the throttle cable through the slot in the slotted fitting, making sure the cable lug drops into the recessed hole.

5Operate the throttle trigger a few times to make sure that it works correctly.
