Dismantle the cutting unit as described previously

Engage the parking brake and work off the belt upwards from the pulley (1), the clutch pulley (2) and the engine's drive wheel (3). Push the belt up between two fan blades and rotate the fan clockwise until the belt comes loose (4).

Mähaggregat ausbauen.

Feststellbremse ansetzen und den Riemen vom Laufrad (1), dem Kupplungsriemenrad (2) und dem Motorantriebsrad (3) abbauen. Den Reimen zwischen zwei Lüfterblättern einführen und den L¨fter nach links drehen, bis der Riemen frei geht (4).

FEchange de la courroie d'entraînement

Déposer le groupe de coupe de la machine.

Serrer le frein de stationnement et enlever la courroie en partant de la poulie de guidage (1), la poulie pour la courroie d'embrayage (2) et le pignon d'entraînement pour le moteur

(3). Faire passer la courroie entre les deux palettes du ventilateur et faire tourner le ventilateur dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre pour dégager la courroie (4).

Esp Cambio de correa propulsora

Desmontar el equipo de corte del tractor.

Aplicar el freno de estacionamiento y tirar hacia arriba de la correa para sacarla de la rueda libre (1), de la acoplamiento

(2)y de la propulsora del motor (3). Introducir la correa entre dos aspas del ventilador y hacer girar éste a izquierdas hasta que queda libre la correa (4).

Sostituzione della cinghia di trazione

Smontare il tagliaerba.

Inserire il freno di parcheggio e staccare la cinghia dalla puleggia (1), da quella della frizione (2) e da quella del motore (3). Passare la cinghia tra due pale della ventola e ruotare la ventola in senso antiorario fino a che la cinghia non sia libera (4).

Verwijder de maaikast van de tractor.

Trek de handrem aan en trek de riem omhoog van het loopwiel (1), de koppelingswielschijf (2) en het aandrijfwiel van de motor (3). Leid de riem tussen twee ventilatorbladen door en draai de ventilator tegen de klok in tot de riem vrij komt

(4).

Eng Assemble in the reverse order to dismantling. Check that the belt lies inside all the belt guides. Use original belts only when replacing!

Der Einbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Prüfen, daß der Riemen innerhalb aller Riemenführer liegt. Beim Auswechseln nur Originalriemen verwenden!

FLe montage se fait dans l’ordre inverse au démontage. Vérifier que la courroie est bien positionnée devant tous les tendeurs. Utiliser seulement une courroie d’origine pour l’échange!
