9.The next display to appear is the Select Sort Fields display. Here you specify which fields you want Query to use to sort the selected records for your report. You want the records sorted first by object type and then by object size, so type a 1 next to ODOBTP and a 2 next to ODOBSZ as shown below.

Press the Enter key. Query rearranges the fields on the display so that the fields you selected for sorting appear at the top of the list, in the order you specified. The message Press Enter to confirm. is also displayed.
