Use the following procedure as a guide for problems. The diagnostic tests are intended to IBM products. Non-IBM products, prototype cards, modified options can give false errors and inv responses.

1.Obtain the symptoms in detail.

2.Verify the symptoms by running the diagnos re-create the same error or by repeating operation.
