Water Glass Filler Kit IOD150, IOD200, IOD250

Installation Instructions

WARNING: Disconnect power to unit before proceeding with installation.

1. Prepare the unit as follows:

￿Remove the lower front panel

￿Locate faucet-mounting holes in the front panel. (Reference page 6 for hole locations)

2.Install faucet and tubing assembly as shown below.

3.Connect field water supply to ¼ male flare fitting on tubing assembly. Apply water pressure and check all connections for leaks. Check faucet for proper operation. Maximum water pressure is 125 psi. Check that tubing assembly does not interfere with wiring or electrical connections.

4.Carefully reinstall panels on unit.
