Troubleshooting

If you’re having problems capturing signatures refer to the table below for possible causes.

		Thermal media is specially coated on
	Paper feeds	outside of roll. Remove paper roll and
	after issuing a	reload properly.			See section “Loading
1	print job but no	Paper” for details on loading paper.
	printed text	Paper cover not installed properly. See

		replacing paper cover.
	On-line LED	Battery voltage low.
2	blinks RED	Printer out of paper or Paper not properly

	Text and/or	Battery	voltage		low.	See		section	on
		charging battery pack.

3		Thermal	media		not	imaging		correctly.

		Verify	that	you		are	using		the
	light.
