II. Parameter Description of WAN

zMode: Network mode. Table 3-4lists the network modes.

CDMA 1X ONLY	The	maximum	downlink	D-20 runs only under the
	rate: 153.6 kbit/s			CDMA2000 1x network mode.
EVDO ONLY	The	maximum	downlink	D-20 runs only under the
				CDMA20001x EV-DO network
	rate: 2.4 Mbit/s			mode.
				D-20 auto selects the
HYBRID	The	maximum	downlink	CDMA2000 1x or the CDMA
	rate: 2.4 Mbit/s			2000 1x EV-DO network mode
				and the CDMA2000 1x EV-DO
				mode is preferential.

zPPP: Point-to-Point protocol is widely applied on the WAN. It supports the synchronous mechanism and the asynchronous mechanism, and forms a set of safety solutions to ensure safe transmission. D-20 adopts this protocol in the data transmission on WAN.

zPPP Username: The user name used in the communication when the PPP protocol is adopted, provided by the Internet service provider (ISP).

zPPP Password: The password used in the communication when the PPP protocol is adopted, provided by the Internet service provider.
