13Change to the LANMAN directory on your hard disk or boot disk.

14Use a text editor to modify the PROTOCOL.INI file in the C:\LSP directory as follows:

Under the ETHERAND section, change the line that reads

BINDINGS = TCMAC2

to read:

BINDINGS = INTELNET

Underneath that section insert a new section that reads:

[INTELNET]

DRIVERNAME = INTEL$

15Use a text editor to edit the keyword settings in the PROTOCOL.INI file in the C:\LSP directory to match the keywords contained in the sample PROTOCOL.INI file located at C:\INTEL\M32A as required (unless you are using PRO/100 CardBus adapter default settings).

16Save the file and reboot the PC.
