Controles de la Temperatura Sensibles al Tacto

Los controles están ubicados en la parte delantera superior del compartimiento del refrigerador.

Ajustes Iniciales de los Controles

Después de enchufar el refrigerador, ajuste los controles.

• Al oprimir la tecla o los controles se programan en el ajuste deseado.

•El control del refrigerador para ambos compartimientos tiene ajustes que van desde el 1 hasta el 7 (más frío).

•Inicialmente coloque el control del congelador en el número 4.

•Inicialmente coloque el control del refrigerador en el número 4.

•Deje funcionar el refrigerador por lo menos de 8 a 12 horas antes de colocar los alimentos.

Superficies Tibias del Gabinete

A veces, la parte delantera del gabinete del refrigerador puede sentirse caliente al tacto. Esta es una situación normal que ayuda a prevenir la condensación de la humedad en el gabinete. Esta situación es más notoria cuando el refrigerador se pone en marcha por primera vez, durante tiempo caluroso y después de abrir la puerta de manera excesiva o prolongada.

Ajuste de los Controles

•Si después de 24 horas de colocar los alimentos observa que uno o ambos compartimientos deberían estar más fríos o más tibios, ajuste el (los) control(es) según se indica en la tabla Guía de Control de la Temperatura siguiente. Vea la página 84 para las instrucciones en la comprobación de temperatura del compartimiento.

•Exceptuando cuando el refrigerador se pone en funcionamiento por primera vez, no cambie ninguno de los controles más de un número a la vez.

•Espere 24 horas para que la temperatura se estabilice antes de reajustar.

La temperatura se ajusta en la fábrica a 3ºC (38ºF) en el refrigerador y a -18ºC (0ºF) en el congelador.

Ajuste del control

24 horas después de colocar los alimentos en el interior, usted podrá decidir si desea cambiar la temperatura del refrigerador o del congelador. En ese caso, ajuste el control como lo indica la Guía de control de temperatura a continuación.

• Cuando oprima por primera vez la tecla	o	, verá el
ajuste de temperatura actual.

•La pantalla mostrará el nuevo ajuste por aproximadamente tres segundos y luego mostrará la temperatura actual del compartimiento.

•No cambie ninguno de los controles más de un grado a la vez. Permita que la temperatura se estabilice durante 24 horas antes de realizar un nuevo ajuste de temperatura.
