Jenn-Air respalda la alta calidad de sus tostadoras ofreciendo una garantía de reposi- ción, libre de problemas, por un año. Si su tostadora llegara a fallar dentro del primer año de compra, y si al inspeccionarla Jenn-Air comprobara que es defectu- osa, le será reemplazada sin cargo. Jenn-Air hará los arreglos necesarios para que usted pueda devolverla libre de cargo. Jenn-Air también hará los arreglos necesarios para que usted reciba, en la puerta de su casa y libre de cargo, una tostadora que sea idéntica o comparable.

LAS GARANTÍAS EXPRESADAS ANTERIORMENTE SON EXCLUSIVAS,Y JENN-AIR NO OFRECE, NI AUTORIZA QUE SE OFREZCA CON RESPECTO A ESTE PRODUCTO, NINGÚN OTRO TIPO DE GARANTÍA, EXPLÍCITA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITÁNDOSE A CUALQUIER GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD O ARREGLO PARA UN PROPÓSITO O USO PARTICULAR.

Lo que no cubre esta garantía:

2.La garantía se anula si los números de serie originales han sido retirados, alter- ados o no son fácilmente legibles.

3.Productos comprados para uso comercial o industrial.

4.Los daños consecuentes o incidentales sufridos por cualquier persona como resultado del incumplimiento de esta garantía. En algunos estados no se permite la exclusión o limitación de daños consecuentes o incidentales, por lo tanto la exclusión anterior puede no aplicarse en su caso.
