Problems
Unit does not turn on
No display when I turn on the unit.
No sound coming from the earbuds or speaker
Possible Solutions
Make sure the Power Switch is set to ON.
The battery power may be low. Please connect the Player to your computer USB port for recharging. Charge for about 10 minutes and retry.
Make sure the volume is not set to zero and check out the connection between the earbuds and the unit.
MP3 files may be corrupted. Please download from your computer again.
