Changing Blades
1.Disconnect the machine from the power source.
2.Raise the saw arm to the vertical position and lock in place by turning the hydraulic cylinder off.
3.Remove the red blade guard assembly (A, Fig. 12) by removing two screws (B, Fig.12).
4.Remove the brush assembly (C, Fig. 12) by removing two screws (0, Fig. 12).
5. Loosen blade tension by turning the blade | Fig.12 |

6.Carefully remove the old blade. Caution: blade teeth are sharp. Handle with care.
7.Install the new blade by placing the blade between blade guides first. Make sure the blade teeth face the same direction as indicated on the label found on the saw arm.
8.Place the blade around both wheels. Make sure
the blade edge rests near the wheel flange on both wheels.
