Connecting the FM Antenna
A. Using the Supplied FM Antenna
The FM antenna provided can be connected to the FM 75 COAXIAL terminal as
temporary measure.
Extend the supplied FM antenna horizontally.
B. Using the Coaxial Type Connector (Not Supplied)
A 75 antenna with coaxial type connector (DIN 45332) should be connected to
the FM 75 COAXIAL terminal.

CAUTION: To avoid noise, keep antennas away from metallic parts of the CA-MD9R, connecting cord and the AC power cord.

Snap the tabs on the loop
into the slots of the base to
attach the AM Loop.
AM Loop Antenna
Turn the loop until you
have the best reception
If reception is poor,
connect the outside
antenna.
