Reserving Karaoke Songs

—Karaoke Program Play

You can determine the playback order of up to 12 chapters or tracks on the disc player.

Karaoke Program Play cannot be used for DVD-VR.

1Turn MIC LEVEL to MIN.

2Connect the microphone (not supplied) to the MIC jack.

3Change the source to the “DVD/CD.”

4Activate Karaoke Program Play.

(While holding...) On the TV screen

• PRGM indicator flashes during this mode.

5Select songs you want for Karaoke Program Play.

For DVD Video/MP3/WMA/MPEG-1/MPEG-2:

1Press the number buttons to select a title or group.

2 Repeat step 1 to select a chapter or track.

For SVCD/VCD/CD:

Press the number buttons to select a track.

Examples:

To select number 5, press 5. To select number 10, press 10. To select number 15, press h10, 1, then 5.

To select number 30, press h10, 3, then 0.

6Activate the Karaoke Mode.

7Start playback.

8Sing into the microphone.

9Adjust the MIC LEVEL and VOLUME.

To check the programmed contents

The Karaoke reserve screen appears.

To modify the program

While the Karaoke reserve screen is shown on the TV...

To erase the unwanted chapter/track:

(While holding...)

To erase the entire program:

2 sec.

(While holding...)

To add chapters/tracks to the program:

Repeat step 5 on the left.

Karaoke function is not available in the Australian model.
