Preset Download
before you start
Check that the VCR is turned off and no cassette is inserted
Load the batteries into the Remote Control
Refer to the Remote Control diagram on pages 6Ð7
START PRESET DOWNLOAD
Press the obutton. The display panel on the front of the VCR will show the word ÔAutoÕ. Press the Aor Bbuttons to select ÔCH Ð ÐÕ and press OK (or E).
what will happen? The VCR is automati- cally setting up the tuner channels by down- loading from your TV. During downloading, preset position on the display panel increases from ÒCH1Ó.

FINISH PRESET DOWNLOAD
Press Oand move on to Step 2 to check the results.
oops! If there is a power cut or you accidentally press a button during Preset Download, turn the VCR off and then on again.

¥On this VCR, the characters available for station names (ID) are AÐZ, 0Ð9, Ð,
*, + and 
(space). The names of some downloaded stations may differ from those on your TV.
