Basic operations — Main unit

Operations are explained mainly using the touch panel; however, you can use the buttons on the unit and remote controller if they have the same or similar names or marks.

1“TUNER” :

Performs Auto Storing (AS).

Performs Preset Scanning (PS) if pressed and held.

Adjusts the volume if turned (while the power is on).

Mutes the sound if the power is on.*1

Turns off the power if pressed and held.

8• “TUNER” : Performs Auto Search.

“DISC/USB/SD/iPod”: Reverse skip/forward skip 9 Remote sensor

p “DISC/USB/SD/iPod”: Plays/pauses.

q Changes the source to “DISC” (and starts playback).

w*2 Displays or exits “Main Menu” of the unit. e*2 • Displays the audio setting screen.

Displays the speaker adjustment screen while enjoying multi-channel surround playback.

Magnetic stripe cards such as credit cards

Magnetic tapes such as casette tapes and video tapes
