ID3 Tag		•	On	: Shows the Tag information while playing MP3/WMA tracks.
Tag display		•	Off	: Cancels.
Theme		•	Large	: Select the display theme for large graphic display, [4]. See page
Display theme			(1 [Initial] or 2)	18 for setting.
		•	Small	: Select the display theme for small graphic display, [4]. See page
			(1 [Initial] or 2)	18 for setting.
IF Band		•	Auto	: Increases the tuner selectivity to reduce interference noises
Intermediate frequency				between close stations. (Stereo effect may be lost.)
band		•	Wide	: Subject to interference noises from adjacent stations, but sound
				quality will not be degraded and the stereo effect will remain.
Area		•	US	: When using in North/Central/South America. AM/FM intervals
Tuner channel interval				are set to 10 kHz/200 kHz.
		•	SA	: When using in South American countries where FM interval is
				100 kHz. AM interval is set to 10 kHz.
		•	EU	: When using in any other areas. AM/FM intervals are set to
				9 kHz/50 kHz (100 kHz during auto search).
Beep		•	On	: Activates the key-touch tone.
Key-touch tone		•	Off	: Deactivates the key-touch tone.
Ext In *5		•	Changer	: To use a JVC CD changer, [10], a JVC compatible satellite (SIRIUS/
External input				XM) tuner, [20], or an Apple iPod or a JVC D. player, [23].
		•	Ext In	: To use any other external component than the above, [25].
Tel		•	Muting 1/	: Select either one which mutes the sounds while using a cellular
Telephone muting			Muting 2	phone.
				• If CD/CD-CH/SD/USB/iPod/D. player has been selected as the
		•	Off	source, playback pauses during telephone muting.
				: Cancels.
Amp Gain		•	High PWR	: Volume 00 – Volume 50
Amplifier gain control		•	Low PWR	: Volume 00 – Volume 30 (Select this if the maximum power of
		•	Off	the speaker is less than 50 W to avoid damaging the speakers.)
				: Deactivates the built-in amplifier.
