1. Introduction

Features

The KY-F75 is a digital camera employing three 1/2” CCD with 1.45 million effective pixels.

Output of 1360 1024-pixel digital video signal possible.

Built-in DSP for real-time processing of the video signal that is output as a 7.5 frames-per- second RGB digital signal enables real-time transfer to personal computer by means of IEEE1394 host adapter.

Built-in IEEE1394 connector enables remote control from personal computer. (Supplied soft- ware)

Employment of 1/2” C-mount optical system enables connection to various types of optical devices.

Recording in the near-infrared region can be accomplished by replacing the optical filter (sepa- rately sold).

(Please consult the nearest JVC Service Center or your dealer with regards to replacement of the optical filter.)

MEMO

To allow control of the camera and allow the camera image to be shown, the IEEE1394 host adapter and the exclusive application software [KY-LINK] must be installed in the computer. Use the separately sold KA-FW41U model as the IEEE1394 host adapter. The exclusive application software [KY-LINK] is found on the supplied CD-ROM.
