FUNCTION BUTTONS

The function buttons are responsible for controlling advanced parameters within the CN31, including Tuning, Temperament, MIDI Transmit and Receive Channel, Transmit Program Change On/Off, Local On/Off, Multi- timbral Mode, Channel Mute, Program Change Number, Lower Octave Shift and Lower Pedal On/Off.

‘ENTERING A FUNCTION MODE

…Step1

Hold down the TOUCH and TRANSPOSE buttons and press one of the SOUND SELECT or EFFECT buttons.

The functions are assigned as listed below.

Tuning

Temperament

MIDI Channel

Transmit Program Change On/Off

Local Control On/Off

Multi-Timbral Mode On/Off

Channel Mute

Program Change Number

Lower Octave Shift

Lower Pedal On/Off

Hold down both buttons.

 

The LED indicator of the corresponding button will start to fl ash, indicating that the function is selected.

‘EXITING A FUNCTION MODE

…Step1

Press any of the SOUND SELECT buttons or either the TOUCH or TRANSPOSE button.

The LED indicator of the button will stop fl ashing and return to its normal state. When the power is turned off, settings will be reset to the factory default value.
