Check the following list to be sure a service call is realty necessary A quick reference to this manual may help you avoid an unneeded service call

THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL NOT OPERATE

Check if,..

Wail plug disconnected.

Housefusebbwn or circuit breakert_iDPed. Poweris OFF.

Unitwas turnedoff and lhen on too quickly.

TEMP Controlset warmer lhan room temperature.

Then...

_ ush p!ug firmlyinto wail outlet.

Replaceluse with timedela2/_lypeor resetcircuit breaker. Pushthe Powerbutton:

LSet unit off and wait3 minutes beforerestarting_ I Set TEMP Controlto lowertemperature.

AIR FROM UNIT DOES NOT FEEL COLD ENOUGH.

Check if,..

FAN SPEEDset at LOW.

TEMP Control settoowarm.

Roomtemperaturebelow70'_(2t°C)F . Temperaturesensingtubetouchingevaporatorcoil. locatedbehind front gdlle

Then...

t Push FAN SPEED buttonto set at HI.

_Coolingmay notoccur until room temperaturerisesabove 70=F(21°C).

Straighlen tube away from evaporalercoil I Set TEMP Control to a lowerlemp_erature.
