During programming of tracks, a non-recorded space of a few

seconds will be automatically created between tracks. By re-

 

cording tracks with these spaces on tape, the search and repeat

 

play operations of tape using the DPSS function (which works

 

by searching the non-recorded spaces) can be performed reli-

 

ably.

 

ÖEven when the performances of two tracks are continuous (which occurs with classical or live recording music), the spaces will be created if they have different track Nos.

To check or change the programmed tracks Remote control unit only

1Press the CHECK key.

ÖPerform only step 1 to simply check the program.

ÖIn the case of a CD-TEXT disc, the track’s title is scrolled on the display.

ÖEach time the key is pressed, the program No. and the track No. on CD are displayed.

ÖWhen a track No. is selected, the track will be added to the end of the existing program.

To clear tracks from the program Remote control unit only

Press to clear tracks from the end.

CLEAR

ÖEach time the key is pressed, the last track in the program is cleared.

ÖThe tracks which are programmed earlier than the track being played cannot be cleared.

To clear all track.

ÖSelected tracks can be also completely cleared just by operating the 0 key.

ÖThe entire program is cleared.
