Se il forno o il suo cavo elettrico presentano qualsiasi danno, oppure se diventa necessario sostituire la lampadina del forno e riparare quest’ultimo, per ragioni di sicurezza tutto il lavoro dovrà essere eseguito da Kenwood oppure da un Tecnico autorizzato per le riparazioni degli elettrodomestici Kenwood.

Prima di telefonare al tecnico, si prega di controllare quanto segue:

1Se il forno non funziona del tutto e il display non appare, oppure scompare, controllare che la spina sia inserita nella presa di corrente e che l’apparecchio sia acceso. In caso affermativo, spegnerlo e controllare che il fusibile all’interno della spina funzioni. Se necessario, provare a collegare l’apparecchio a una presa elettrica diversa.

2Se il forno a microonde non funziona, controllare di avere impostato il timer. Accertarsi inoltre che lo sportello sia ben chiuso, in modo che le chiusure di sicurezza siano inserite fino in fondo. In caso contrario, infatti, il forno non funzionerà.

3Controllare che il display non indichi l’inserimento della chiusura a prova di bambino. In caso affermativo, disinserirla.
