PART	CLEANING METHOD	SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Surface burner grates and caps*		• Clean as soon as they become
• Light to moderate soil	• Soap and water
	• Non-abrasive plastic scrubbing pad	dirty.
		• Wash, rinse and dry well.
	• Dishwasher (grates only)

Cleaning Stainless Steel Surfaces

• Do not use steel wool or soap-filled scouring pads		• If commercial cleaners are used, follow label
		directions. If product contains chlorine
• Rub in the direction of the grain line to avoid
		(bleach), rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft,
marring surface
		lint-free cloth. Chlorine is a corrosive sub-
