Whipped Cream

1 cup whipping cream

2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar

12 teaspoon vanilla

In blending beaker, place ingredients. Insert whisk into whisk adapter and adapter into motor body. Whisk at Speed 7 for 45 to 60 seconds, or until peaks form.

Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

VARIATION

Chocolate Whipped Cream

Increase powdered sugar to 14 cup; add

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder to other ingredients before whisking.

Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

6 g total fat, 3.5 g sat fat, 20 mg chol, 5 mg sod.

Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Add 12 teaspoon cinnamon to other ingredients before whisking.
