Deleting the address book

The procedure for deleting the address book is as follows.

0When deleting the destination from the address book, the destination is

also deleted from the group and the program.

1See “Displaying the fax registration screen” on page10-3, to display

the fax registration screen.

2Press [Address Book].

– In the utility mode, it is also possible to enter a number displayed in

the key through the keypad for selection. In the case of [Address

Book], enter the "1" on the keypad.

3Press [Abbr. Dial] or [E-Mail] or [User Box].

4Press the address book you want to delete and press [Delete].

5Press [Yes] in the delete confirmation screen displayed.

– To stop deleting, press [No].

When proceeding with the deleting, go to step 4.
