3.2.3 Sending multiple originals from the platen glass

Originals that cannot be sent with the ADF can be sent by using the platen

glass.

Sending multiple originals from the platen glass

1If the fax screen is not displayed, press [Fax] on the control panel to

open the fax screen.

2Select a destination.

3Set the desired functions as necessary.

4Place the original on the platen glass.

Press [Scan Setting] - [Separate Scan]

- [OK] and then press [Start].

5Place the next original on the platen

glass and press [Start].

– Repeat this procedure until all orig-

inals to be sent have been scanned.

The scanned originals are stored in

memory.

6Press [Finish].

The document reading mode is canceled.

7Press [Start].

Transmission begins.
