Installing AA batteries
When the supplied CR-V3 battery is exhausted please use two AA-size Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) bat- teries. We do not reccomend the use of Alkaline or Lithium AA batteries. Ni-MH batteries offer improved performance partiucally when charged with an ‘intellegent’ charger. Intellegent chargers recharge each battery with the amount power it requires.1800mAh or higher capacity batteries are reccomended.
Install the AA batteries as shown in the diagram; make sure the positive and negative battery terminals are oriented correctly.
Attaching the hand strap
Always keep the strap around your wrist in case the camera is accidentally dropped. An optional metal chain neck strap, NS-DG100, and leather neck strap, NS-DG200, are also available from your Minolta dealer. Availability varies with region.
