7.1 Connecting via RS-485

When connecting the “TO VP-727” RS 485 3 PIN terminal block ports of the VP-727T, to the respective VP-727machine, connect the:

￿￿“A” (+) PIN of the VP-727Tto the “A” (+) PIN of the VP-727

￿￿“B” (+) PIN of the VP-727Tto the “B” (+) PIN of the VP-727

￿￿If shielded twisted pair cable is used, the shield may be connected to the “G” (Ground) PIN on one of the units
