Toreturn a productto Krell, pleasefollow this procedureso that we mayserve you better:
1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number(R/A number)and ship- ping addressfrom the Krell Service Department.
2.Insureandacceptall liability for loss or damageto the product duringshipmentto the Krell factory andensureall freight (ship- ping) chargesare prepaid.
Theproduct mayalso be handdelivered if arrangementswith the Service Departmenthave beenmadein advance.Proof of purchase will berequiredfor warrantyvalidation at the time of handdelivery.
Usethe originalpackagingto ensurethe safetransit of theproductto thefactory,dealer,or distributorKrell.may,at its discretion,returna productin newpackagingandbill the ownerfor suchpackagingif the productreceivedby Krell wasboxedin nonstandardpackagingor if the original packagingwassodamagedthat it wasunusable,ff Krell determinesthat newpackagingis required,the ownerwill benotified beforethe productis returned.
