1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number (R/A number)and shipping address from the Krell ServiceDepartment.
2.Insureandacceptall liability for lossof or damageto this product during shipmentto the Krell factory andprepayall shipping charges. Please see the Warrantypagein this manual,concerningliability for shipping damageand shipping charges.
This productmayalso be handdelivered if arrangementswith the Service Department havebeen madein advance.Proof of pur- chasemaybe required for warrantyvalida- tion at the time of handdelivery.
