1. Press Home > Menu > Settings >

Accounts & sync.

2. Tap to open an account’s synchronization

settings screen.

3. Tap the types of data you wish to synchronize. (You

will see a rotating sync symbol. This process

manually synchronizes the selected data.)

Note: You can also update your device from the Sprint Zone.
